REASI, Dec 26: A young man was found dead in a deep gorge in forest area of Kote, Thuroo, here today under mysterious circumstances.
The deceased was identified as Mohd Shafi (48), son of Kala, resident of Lancha, tehsil Thuroo. He was working as a daily wager in the Jal Shakti Department (PHE).
Reports said that the deceased was missing for the last two days since he had gone to forest area to collect firewood.
Later his dead body was found in the gorge under mysterious circumstances. Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
