JAMMU, Nov 22: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by All Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh Teacher Federation seeking direction for framing policy for maintaining student-teacher ratio in the schools without any discrimination, Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Mohd Akram Chowdhary has granted two weeks time for filing status report as per earlier direction.
The direction has been passed by Division Bench after noticing that a fresh status report was filed by respondent on 13.05.2019 and in respect of various infrastructure projects mentioned therein, it is not clear whether those projects have been completed.
