JAMMU, Mar 22: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) today presented Vijay Malla’s new progressive nukkad “Saavdhaan” under its Monday Theatre Series at its headquarter Laxmi Nagar, Sarwal, Jammu.
‘Saavdhaan’ is a warning for common people who don’t take effective measures like wearing masks against COVID-19. The nukkad spreads awareness regarding COVID-19 and laid stress on face mask wearing, physical distancing and hand hygiene.
In the nukkad, a group of young persons form a team called “Team Saavdhaan COVID-19”. They decide to convey means and measures of safety. They campaign door to door and educated common masses regarding benefits of wearing face masks, physical distancing and hand hygiene.
The team made the people aware that wearing face masks not only reduces the risk of getting infection for us but also others to whom we meet in our offices, market, social and religious functions and hospitals.
Actors who performed in the nukkad were Ashok Sharma, Shalo (Anjali), Promila, Ankush and Vijay Malla.
