JAMMU, May 24: Police today captured a chain snatcher in Pir Mitha area.
He has been identified as Sandeep Kumar alias Kaka son of Kali Dass, a resident of Bishnah.
SDPO City Kulbir Honda said the snatched was arrested after he snatched three tolas gold chain from a woman Misra Khatoon at Pir Mitha.
He said the chain was recovered from the snatcher on spot.
A case has been registered against the accused, he added.
