JAMMU, May 10: A deputation of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments’ Clerical Staff Association, Jammu province, led by its president, Ravi Singh Bhau, met Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, here today and submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, through him.
While submitting the memorandum, president of the Association, apprised the Divisional Commissioner that on June 15, 2010, in a meeting held between pay anomaly committee and representatives of Association, the Government had assured to remove the pay anomalies of clerical cadre with effect from January1, 1996, promising that the orders in this regard will be issued very soon, but unfortunately even after the lapse of more than two years, no formal orders were issued regarding removal of pay anomaly.
Through the memorandum, the Association appealed the Chief Minister to intervene into the matter personally to provide justice to the clerical cadre, who had been struggling since long for getting their pay anomalies redressed.
