11 injured in road mishaps

SRINAGAR, May 6: Eleven persons were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley.
Police spokesperson said a Santro car bearing registration number JK03C/1396 hit and injured 16 years old Rubeena, daughter of Bilal Ahmad Sheikh resident of  Zeban Kulgam at Deesu, Duksum, Anantnag. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tata 407 passenger vehicle bearing registration number JK05/5725 on way from Srinagar to Anantnag turned turtle on National Highway, near Chachkoot, Awantipora, in the jurisdiction of police station Awantipora, resulting in injuries to ten passengers. All the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital, Bijbehara for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
