NEW DELHI : Criticising Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari referring to Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru’s execution during his address to the joint session of the legislature of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), the Congress today said Islamabad should not interfere in India’s internal matter.
Talking to reporters here, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajeev Shukla said, “Pakistan should not engage in the internal matter of India. We are against this.”
In his address to the joint session of the PoK legislature yesterday, Mr Zardari paid tribute to Afzal.
Mr Zardari had also threatened that Pakistan would continue to highlight the Kashmir ’cause’ at international fora. (AGENCIES)
