JAMMU, Feb 1: Government today ordered transfers and postings of eight officers of the Prosecution Department with immediate effect.
According to the order, Bandhana Jamwal, Chief Prosecuting Officer (CPO) in the office of Deputy Director, Prosecution, Jammu has been transferred and posted as CPO, DPO Kathua while Rubina Akhter, CPO, presently posted as Additional Public Prosecutor, NIA court Pulwama has been transferred and posted as CPO in the office of Director Prosecution Kashmir.
Gurjot Kour, CPO, under orders of transfer as CPO, DPO Kathua was transferred and posted as CPO in the office of Deputy Director Prosecution, Jammu vice Bandhana Jamwal whereas Riyad Ahmad, Senior Prosecuting Officer (SPO), DPO Doda has been transferred and posted as SPO in SKPA Udhampur against an available vacancy.
Abdul Rashid Dar, SPO in the office of Director Prosecution Kashmir was transferred and posted as SPO, DPO Budgam vice Voonesh Sangotra while Shalini Gupta, SPO, presently posted as Assistant PP, JMIC Court, Chenani has been transferred and posted as SPO in Deputy Director Prosecution Office, Udhampur-Reasi against an available vacancy.
Voonesh Sangotra, SPO, DPO Budgam was transferred and posted as SPO, DIG Traffic Jammu against an available vacancy whereas Ajay Kumar, SPO, DPO Ramban has been transferred and posted as SPO in DPO Doda vice Riyaz Ahmad.
