UDHAMPUR, May 4: Dozens of goats and sheep perished as a livestock-laden truck rolled down from Dhar Road in gorge near Domail, here today.
Total 70 goats and sheep were loaded in the truck and all of them perished in the accident. However, driver of the truck escaped unhurt.

Reports said that a truck bearing registration number HP63E4-737B, driven by one Sansar Singh, son of Jarnail Singh and on way from Manwal side towards Srinagar, skidded off the road and rolled down in a gorge at Roun Domail, resulting in on spot fatality of the whole livestock.
Udhampur Police have registered a case in this connection.
