JAMMU, Jan 23: Principal Sessions Judge Poonch Zubair Ahmed Raza today awarded seven years RI to Mohd Hussain Mir in a rape case.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “keeping in view the age of the accused and long trial, lenient view is being taken”. Accordingly, court awarded seven years RI to Mohd Hussain Mir.
