JAMMU, Sept 28: Kashmir division today reported 67 COVID positive cases and the Jammu region 28 while the Union Territory of Ladakh recorded five new positives. No casualties were reported in both the UTs.
Among 28 cases in the Jammu region, 10 were reported in Jammu district, nine Ramban, five Rajouri, two Kathua and one each in Doda and Poonch districts while rest of the districts didn’t report any cases.
Twenty one persons recovered from the virus leaving behind 288 active positive cases in the Jammu region.
All five new cases in the UT of Ladakh were reported from Leh district.
Ladakh now has 148 active positive cases—144 in Leh and four in Kargil.
Kashmir today reported 67 COVID-19 positive.
Srinagar reported 36 cases, Baramulla 13, Budgam reported 10, Pulwama 4 and Ganderbal 4 cases while Kupwara, Anantnag, Bandipora, Kulgam and Shopian reported no fresh case today.
Moreover, 188 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals including and 167 from Kashmir Division.
