POONCH, Aug 5: Nearly 540 yatris performed `darshan’ at Shri Budha Amarnathji shrine at Mandi in district Poonch today.
An official spokesman said that a fresh batch of 334 pilgrims in 11 vehicles, including seven buses, reached here from Jammu base camp at around 7 pm. These pilgrims were received by the Yatra Reception Committee and Akhara Mandir Committee members. They will have night halt here and perform Darshan at the shrine tomorrow.
A total 540 pilgrims who performed `darshan’ today at Mandi shrine of Shri Budha Amarnath, left for Jammu later. Many pilgrims are reaching straight to Mandi temple from Jammu and other parts.
