5 yrs of BJP rule proved flop show: Manohar Lal

BILLAWAR, Mar 29: Former minister and DCC president for Kathua, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma today alleged that five years of BJP rule, has proved as a flop show.
While addressing series of public meetings at Kandharnu, Kodithyal, Jasyal, Galak, Kanth and Chown villages of Billawar Assembly segment today, Manohar Lal said that the present Union Government has failed in delivering even basic amenities to the people.
Condemning the 5 years rule of BJP Government both at Centre and the State Dr Sharma said that it is unfortunate that BJP is celebrating misrule of present Union Government of India led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which has failed on all fronts in delivering to the people.
Lambasting the Government, Manohar disclosed that militancy in Kashmir is on peak and stone pelters are targeting security forces on daily basis but BJP Government has not taken affective steps to curb the same. He further said that common man is frustrated due to the increasing prices of commodities and poverty is increasing day by day.
Manohar further said that people are waiting since long for their ration cards but have not received yet. He said majority of the hand pumps in the area are not working. He alleged that condition of the people has worsened due to neglect by the BJP led Government.
People are now fed up with the hollow promises of BJP and have realized that Congress is the only option before the country and said that the day is not far when BJP will we wiped out completely. He asked the people to remain vigilant from the nefarious designs of the BJP and strengthen Congress.
Dr Sharma appealed to the voters to vote for Congress candidate from Udhampur-Doda constituency Vikramaditya Singh in upcoming Parliamentary elections.
