RAJOURI, Nov 14: Five persons were injured when a Tavera vehicle collided with a passenger bus in Manjakote area in district Rajouri today.
Official sources said that mishap took place near Niali village in Manjakote on Jammu-Poonch highway at around 12.45 pm when Tavera No. JK02AP/0393 and video bus No. JK02BL/7266 were moving in the opposite directions. Both the vehicles had collision at a sharp curve.
Five passengers travelling in Tavera were injured and shifted to Community Health Centre, Manjakote. They were identified as Zahoor Ahmed, son of Mohd Fazal, resident of Poonch; Imran Nazir, son of Nazir Hussain from Dingla in Poonch; Mohd Nadeem, son of Fazal Hussain from Poonch; Rajan, son of Shiv Chand from Poonch and Mohd Rizwan, son of Afrasyaf from Poonch. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
