UDHAMPUR, Feb 7: Five persons were injured in two accidents, which took place in different areas of the district.
As per police sources, a tipper bearing registration number JK14B-1929 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK14A-0718 near Jaganoo Morh, resulting into injuries to two bikers.
The injured identified as Batsal Gupta, son of Vikram Gupta and Safa Akhter, aaughter of Mohammad Bashir, both residents of District Udhampur were rushed to District Hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable, when last reports came in.
Meanwhile, a truck bearing registration number HR56A-5438 hit a Tavera car bearing registration number JK02AP-1871 near Kud in Tehsil Chenani, resulting into injuries to three persons.
The injured identified as Farid Ahmed (35), son of Nageer Ahmed and Gulam Mohammad (60), son of Gulam Nabi, both residents of District Doda and Mohammad Shafi (33), son of Mohammad Akwar of Anantnag Kashmir were rushed to hospital, where they were responding to the treatment, when last reports poured in.
Cases under relevant Sections have been registered at concerned police stations and investigation started.
