RAJOURI, Aug 4: Five persons were injured when a minibus and truck collided in Sunderbani area of district Rajouri this morning.
Official sources said that mishap took place when a mini-bus bearing registration No. JK-11/1057 was on way to Sunderbani from Siot. When it reached Bakhar, a truck No. JK02BM which was on way to Jammu from Rajouri collided with the minibus, resulting into injuries to five passengers.
The injured were rushed to Sub District Hospital, Sunderbani for treatment. They were identified as Vijay Kumar (30), son of Kasturi Lal, resident of Siot; Bimla Devi (65), wife of Som Raj from Dharamsal; Abhi Sudan (28), son of Vijay Kumar from Siot; Amit, son of Sakinder Kumar from and Abhishek, son of Mohinder Kumar, both residents of Siot. The police has taken cognizance.
