UDHAMPUR, Mar 3: Five persons were injured when a passenger bus rolled down into a deep gorge at Dhanni, in between Manwal and Patyari, here today.
The bus, bearing registration number JK02G-9454, was on its way from Manwal to Patyari when it met with accident and rolled down around 50 feet deep gorge resulting into injuries to the passengers.
The injured were shifted to District Hospital Udhampur and PHC Dansal. They were identified as Som Datt Sharma (65) son of Biju, Suman (22) daughter of Ashok Kumar, Sanjay Kumar (11) son of Shiv Ram (all of Batyari in Majalta), Vandana Sambyal (16) daughter of Om Parkash of Jambal and Girdhari Lal (51) son of Paras Ram of Patyari.
