JAMMU, May 6: Police today arrested five gamblers and recovered Rs 70,000 from their possession in Trikuta Nagar area.
They have been identified as Anil Kumar Sharma, son of Sham Lal Sharma R/o Shiv Nagar, Deepak Gupta, son of Rattan Lal Gupta R/o Gandhi Nagar. Ravi Khajuria, son of JK Khajuria R/o Channi Himmat, Balbir Singh, son of Kesri Singh R/o Parveen Colony and Sanjeev Kumar, son of Dev Raj R/o Trikuta Nagar.
Police party headed by SHO Trikuta Nagar Inspector Chanchal Singh made the arrests.
