MENDHAR, Nov 2: Sub Divisional Magistrate Mendhar, Jahangir Khan today suspended five Medical employees for remaining absent from duty.
Official sources said that SDM conducted extensive tour of Tehsil Balakote and checked various ongoing developmental works in the area. He also inspected some Govt offices viz Health, Education, Social Welfare, FCS &CA.
During inspection at Primary Health Centre Dhargloon, SDM found five (5) employees posted at said PHC unauthorisedly absent from duties including a Medical officer.
Taking strong notice of it, SDM place all the absentees under suspension with immediate effect and directed Block Medical Officer Mendhar to conduct an inquiry into matter and submit report within one week. He stated that unauthorised absence of Govt employees from duties in general and those associated with essential services in particular can’t be tolerated.
