JAMMU, July 6: Nagrota police rescued five bovine animals and arrested one person.
As per police sources, a team from Nagrota police station laid a naka near Ban Toll Plaza and intercepted a vehicle.
During checking, police rescued 5 bovine animals from the vehicle and arrested one person, who has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmed, son of Bashir Ahmed of Sarar, tehsil Chenani, district Udhampur.
A case under FIR Number 164/17 under Section 188 RPC and 3/5 PCA Act has been registered at Nagrota police station and investigation started.
