47 KAS officers shuffled

JAMMU, Feb 23: In a major reshuffle at KAS level, the State Government today ordered transfers and postings of 47 officers with immediate effect.
Tassaduq Hussain Mir, Joint Director Information, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Doodpathri, vice Zahoor Ahmad Mir, who has been transferred and posted as Joint Director Information, Kashmir.
Choudhary Mohd Rashid, CEO Tourism Development Authority, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary ARI and Training Department while Purnima Mittal, Programme Officer, ICDS, Project Budgam, has been transferred and posted as ADC Srinagar against an available vacancy.
Ashok Kumar Sharma, Officer on Special Duty with the Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary
PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department, vice Pankaj Raj Katoch, who has  been transferred and posted as Addl Secy Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department.
Showkat Ahmad Rather, awaiting orders of posting in GAD, has been posted as ADC Pulwama against an available vacancy while Ranjeet Singh, ACR Doda, has been transferred and posted Registrar Sales Tax Tribunal, J&K vice Rimpy Ohri, who shall report in GAD after availing the earned leave.
Bilal Khurshid, SDM Kokernag, has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam, against an available vacancy while  Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, Deputy Secretary Housing and Urban Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K against an available vacancy.
Rashida Akhter, Chief Executive Officer Urban Development Agency Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director ICDS, Social Welfare Kashmir vice Parvez Sajad Ganai, who has been transferred and posted as Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Qazi Irfan Rasool Zargar, SDM Lolab, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Central), in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, vice Zaffar Shawl, who has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Estates, Srinagar, vice Wasim Raja Dar, who has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Tourism, Kashmir against an available vacancy.
Tazayun Mukhtar, Executive Director Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as CEO Urban Development Agency, Kashmir vice Rashida Akhter.
According to a separate order, Tahir Firdous Dutta, Deputy Secretary Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, has been transferred and posted as SDM Dudu against an available vacancy while Susheel Kumar, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Doda, has been transferred and posted as SDM R S Pura against an available vacancy.
Basharat Hussain, Project Manager IWMP Poonch, has been transferred and posted as SDM Surankote vice Mohammad Afzal Mirza. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Project Manager, IWMP, Poonch, till further orders.
Mohd Maqbool Bhat, Project Manager IWMP, Kulgam, has been transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Kulgam, against an available vacancy while Tsering Paldan, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Leh, has been transferred and posted as SDM Nubra against an available vacancy.
Mohd Anwar Banday, awaiting orders of posting in the GAD, has been posted as SDM Thathri vice Akhtar Hussain Qazi, who has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Doda vice Susheel Kumar.
Parveen Kumar, ACR Samba, has been transferred and posted as Collector J&K Housing Board Jammu while Deepika Rana, Development Officer Handicraft (Textiles) Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director ICDS, Social Welfare Jammu vice Sukriti Sharma.
Jalal-ud-Din Ganai, General Manager DIC Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as project Officer Wage Employment (ACD), Srinagar/Ganderbal against an available vacancy while Abdul Qayoom Sheikh, SDM Gulmarg, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Food, Civil supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Afzal Mirza, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Surankote, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Thanamandi, relieving Abdul Qayoom Mir, Collector, Land Acquisition, Defence, Rajouri of the additional charge, Mohamamd Yousuf Geelani, Project Officer, Self Employment, Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Anantnag, against an available vacancy, Sukriti Sharma, Deputy Director, ICDS, Social Welfare, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Development Officer, Handicrafts (Textiles), Jammu, vice Deepika Rana, Kulbushan Khajuria, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Leh, has been transferred and will await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department, Pankaj Bhagotra has been posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gool, relieving Bashir Ahmad Lone, General Manager, DIC, Ramban, of the additional charge, Sanjay Kumar Bhat has been posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Udhampur, against an available vacancy, Rajesh Lakhan has been posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, vice Dr Tahir Firdous Dutta.
