KISHTWAR, Aug 18: In two separate operations, the Forest officials from Kishtwar Division retrieved 40 kanal forest land today.
Official sources said that Forest team led by Range Officer Shakeel Ahmed Kichloo under the supervision of DFO Kishtwar, Anup Kumar Soni, organised two operations and vacated 25 kanal forest land from Semna area and 15 kanal from compartment No. 51, Sarthal ( Trigam block) today.
Conservator of Forests Chenab Circle M P Dogra, closely monitored the operation and directed the officers to fence the retrieved area.
