RAMNAGAR, Mar 21: Forty below poverty line (BPL) families were provided free LPG connections by the local administration here on the Central Government’s guidelines.
In a simple function held at the Narsingdev (HP) Gas Agency, Tehsildar Ramnagar, Kavita Pandoh in presence of TSO Madan Lal Sharma distributed 40 free LPG connections among 40 BPL families here. These people have to pay the charges of only cooking gas. A total 100 BPL families are being provided this facility in Ramnagar tehsil under the scheme. They have to pay no security deposit, no charges of cylinder and regulator.
