JAMMU, Sept 2: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered the placement of four incharge Tourist Officers as incharge Assistant Directors (ADs) in the Tourism Department besides transferring six ADs.
As per an order, the officers who have been promoted as incharge ADs are Bilal Ahmad Mir, Mudasir Mushtaq, Dr Rajesh Raina, and Mumtaz Ahmad.
Consequent upon their placement as ADs, the Tourism Department also ordered the transfers and postings of 6 incharge Assistant Directors.
The order said Jahid Azad, AD Tourism, Pahalgam, has been transferred and posted as AD Tourism in the office of Director Tourism, Kashmir and Vishal Kumar Sadhotra, awaiting orders of the adjustment in the administrative department, has been posted as AD, Headquarter in the office of Director Tourism Jammu against an available vacancy.
The order further said that Bilal Ahmad Mir has been posted as Incharge Assistant Director, Tourism Pahalgam, while Mudasir Mushtaq has been posted in the office of Director Tourism, Kashmir.
Similarly, Rajesh Raina has been posted as Incharge Assistant Director, Tourism Katra vice Alka Mishra, who shall report to the General Administration Department for further duties, and Mumtaz Ahmad has been posted as Incharge Assistant Director, Tourism Rajouri vice Muzamil Hassan Choudhary, who shall report to GAD for further duties.
