4 ladies injured in scuffle over land dispute

SAMBA, June 17: Four ladies of the Gujjar community were injured after a scuffle between two families at village Nanetar area of Sumb over the issue of the old land dispute in district Samba late last night.
According to the information, the incident took place at village Nanetar under the jurisdiction of Police station Samba, last night. The scuffle took place between two Gujjar families over the issue of the land dispute. Suddenly both the parties attacked each other, as a result the four ladies of the both families namely Parveen Bibi wife of Lateef Mohammad resident of village Nanetar Talai, Manjuran Bibi, wife of Bhola Din, Shidha Bibi, wife of Fakka Din and Rashida Bibi, wife of Abdul Gafoor all the resident of village Nanetar Talai got injured.
They were brought to District Hospital Samba for treatment. After given the first aid the doctors referred them to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
In this regard police has taken registered a case and started investigation.
