RAMBAN, Aug 8: Four persons were injured when the Alto car they were traveling in skidded off the road and plunged into gorge on Seri-Main link road, today evening.
As per police sources, an Alto car bearing registration number JK19-5423 rolled down into gorge on Seri-Main link road, resulting into injuries to four persons.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and started rescue operation. All the injured persons were rushed to District Hospital Ramban from where all were later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for specialized treatment.
The injured were identified as Badal Singh, son of Daulat Singh of Thalibass, Sachin Singh, son of Krishan Singh of Thalibass, Sourab Singh Katoch, son of Nittu Singh Katoch of Ramban and Manu Singh, son of Narin Singh of Batote.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Ramban Police Station and investigation started.
