BHADERWAH, May 22: Bhalla police arrested four gamblers along with Rs 3520 stake money and playing cards.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bhalla police post conducted raid in Galginder and arrested four persons along with Rs 3520 stake money and playing cards.
The accused have been identified as Uttam Singh, son of Shadi Lal, Sujal, son of Dalbir Singh, Bharat Bhushan, son of Naib Chand and Sher Singh, son of Sej Ram, all residents of Puneja Tehsil Chiralla.
A case under Section 13 Gambling Act has been registered at Bhaderwah police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Bhalla police post SI Sunil Parihar made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma, Additional SP Bhaderwah Shaazad Salaria and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
