SRINAGAR, Feb 15: In its continuous drive against the social crimes, Police arrested four gamblers and recovered stake money of Rs 6430.
A Police spokesman said that a police party of Police Post Bagiyas on a tip off raided a gambling site near Patlipora Bala Chatabal and apprehended four gamblers and recovered stake money of Rs 6430 and playing cards from their possession.
The accused were identified as Aqib Rasool Bhat, a resident of Makhdoom Sahab Rainawari, Bilal Ahmad Pisho, a resident of Rampora Chattabal, Mukhtar Ahmad Najar, a resident of Patlipora Bala and Firdous Ahmad Sheikh, a resident of Bagiiyas Chattabal.
