KARGIL, Oct 21: Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, Chairman-cum-CEC Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil, today nominated four Councillors as the Executive Councillors.
They include Aga Syeed Mujtaba Mussavi, Councillor Trespone and Punchok Tashi, Councillor Padum; both from National Conference, and Kacho Mohammad Feroz, Councillor Pashkum and Zakir Hussain, Councillor Shakar from the Congress.
Portfolios among them will be distributed by the Council Chairman shortly.
The Executive Councillors enjoy powers of the Ministers.
