LEH, Jan 30: The administration in the Union Territory of Ladakh today nominated four members to Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Leh.
They include Konchok Tsepel from Chushul Bakben, Mumtaz Hussain from Chuchot, Gongma, Phuntsog Norboo of Sang to, Upper Tukcha and Dr Yangchan Dolma of Simgskhang House, Nimoo.
The nominations have been approved by Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Radha Krishna Mathur.
LAHDC Leh has 30 members. While election is held for 26 seats, four Councilors are nominated by the administration.
Elections to the LAHDC Leh were held in October last year.
