SRINAGAR, May 3: Fire broke out in the cowshed of Nazir Ahmad Lone son of Abdul Majeed resident of Rudbok Kupwara, resulting in death of two cows and two calves. The cowshed was completely damaged in the fire. Fire was brought under control, however, no loss of human life or injury reported in the incident.
Meanwhile, fire broke out in a tea stall of Mohammad Sartaj Halwai son of Mohammad Mustakeen resident of U.P at Saria Bala Srinagar, resulting in damage to the structure. Sweets and other items in the tea stall were damaged in the fire. Fire was brought under control. The cause of fire is believed to be due to leakage of LPG.
