JAMMU, Aug 5: Director Industries & Commerce, Jammu Anoo Malhotra chaired Divisional Level Committee meeting of Jammu District for sanctioning of subsidy cases under the State Package of Incentives.
The agenda of the meeting was presented by Subah Mehta, General Manager, DIC Jammu [Member Secretary] for the approval of 100% DG Set Subsidy and 15% Capital Investment Subsidy (Prestigious Unit) cases by the committee.
Thereafter, the agenda was discussed threadbare by the committee members comprising of Ved Parkash, Joint Director (Dev), Dr. Tabassum, Chief Accounts Officer and Manisha Gupta (Dy. Director) P&S of Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Jammu. The meeting was also attended by the Shahzada Noor Ul Ain, Functional Manager of Directorate of Industries & Commerce and Parteek Panjathia, Functional Manager, DIC, Jammu.
The committee approved four cases pertaining to D.G Set Subsidy and Capital Investment Subsidy amounting to Rs 1.25 crores of Jammu district.
Chairperson DLC stressed upon clearing all pending cases under the State Package of Incentives and directed for conducting the DLC meetings on regular intervals to clear the pendencies at DIC level so that the benefits of subsidies can be availed by the unit holders.
