KISHTWAR, Oct 31: Dedhpeth police rescued four bovine animals and arrested two persons, a police official said.
The arrested persons have been identified as Mohd Irfan, son of Abdul Rashid Sheikh of Kuchan and Farooq Ahmed, son of Ghulam Mohammad, a resident of Kuchhal tehsil Mugal Maidan, district Kishtwar.
A case under FIR Number 78/17 under Sections 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act has been registered at Chatroo Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Police Post Dedhpeth SI Arun Bhagat made the arrest under the supervision of DySP DAR Kishtwar Manoj Kumar and SSP Kishtwar Abrar Chowdhary.
