36 missing mobile phones handed over to owners

JAMMU, May 17: Police and telecom service providers recovered 36 missing mobile phones.
The recovered missing mobile phones were handed over to the owners in a function held at Gandhi Nagar police station.
As per police spokesperson, with the aim of providing quality policing to the people of Jammu against cyber related crimes, Police under the guidance of SSP Jammu Dr Sunil Gupta, Cyber Cell Jammu and telecom service providers recovered 36 missing mobile phones from different parts of Jammu Division.
It is to mention here that Cyber Cell Gandhi Nagar is the Nodal Agency to deal with the cyber issues and cyber crimes in Jammu Zone by providing technical assistance to various police units.
This is the 1st initiative under the supervision of SP Component, Nasir Ahmed, which led to the recovery of these missing mobiles, spokesman said, adding that Cyber Cell–the Nodal Agency for cyber related issues is always ready to redress the grievance of general public.
The missing mobile phones, which were recovered were handed over to owners including Akshit Sharma, Arjun Singh, Baljinder Singh, Dr Vipul Gupta, Madhavi Bhatyal, Raj Kumar Chopra, Manjeet Singh, Sahil Sharma, Sham Lal Sharma, Rashida Bano, Mehnaz Jamal, Charanjit Singh, Sunil Singh, Raj Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Shadi Lal Koul, Vinod Kumar Pandita, Mukesh Singh, Sayyed Ashfaqullah, V Gurudattu, Sunny Kumar, Kausar Jabeen, Narinder Pal Singh, Abhinay Goswami, Ajay Sharma, Paras Pandita, Mamta Devi, Pankaj Kumar, Heena, etc.
