JAMMU, Mar 22: The sleuths of Excise Department destroyed 350 kilograms lahan and 6 bottles of illicit liquor.
As per official spokesman, under the supervision of Excise Commissioner Mohammad Javed Khan and Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive) Jammu Ghanshyam Singh, the Excise team led by ETO City Excise Range South Rohit Sharma and ETO Eradication Wing Jammu Dr Suraj Chander Singh and assisted by Inspector Ritesh Gupta and Sub-Inspector Parshant Mathur conducted series of raids at Deoli, Makhanpur, Kotli Mian Fateh, Dablehar, Tarachack, Rattian, Phinder, Khour, Kirpind, Devigarh and Nikowal villages falling under Bishnah and RS Pura Excise ranges.
During the raids, about 350 kilograms lahan and 6 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered and destroyed on the spot.
