JAMMU, Dec 10: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Kartar Singh today awarded three years rigorous imprisonment to Halal Ahmed, son of Ghulam Nabi and Mohd Iqbal, son of Ghulam Mohd, both the residents of Pulwama and alleged conduits of HM outfit, who were arrested on January 31, 2008 along with one detonator, one Chinese grenade and cordex wire.
After hearing Advocate PN Bhat appearing for the accused persons, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Kartar Singh Singh awarded three years RI and fine of Rs 5000 to the accused persons.
