POONCH, June 4: Chief Education Officer, Poonch, Ch Lal Hussain conducted surprise visit of various schools of Nangali Zone and ordered suspension of three teachers besides charge-sheeting a Headmaster and others.
At MS Doba Saral, two teachers, namely Mohd Saleem and Mohd Fareed were found absent from duty and were placed under suspension while another teacher Farooq Ahmed, was also suspended for dereliction of duties and facilitating the absent teachers in their unauthorized absence.
At High School Saral, the entire staff along with the Headmaster was charge-sheeted as academic standard of the school was found below average. The charge-sheeted staff was asked to explain their position within five days positively and their salary was kept withheld for the month of May 2016.
At Primary School Terhaee Nona Bandi, one RRET, namely Rubia Tabbasum was charge-sheeted for absence from duty and her salary for the month of May 2016 has been kept withheld pending enquiry.
