JAMMU, Jan 25: The Government today placed three Incharge Superintending Engineers ( Civil) as Incharge Chief Engineers in their own pay and grade.
Those elevated are Sudhir Kumar Shah, Satpal Manhas and Umar Farooq. Sudhir Shah has now been placed as I/C Chief Engineer Mughal Road Project relieving Ravinder Kumar Gupta of the additional charge of the post; Satpal Manhas as I/C Chief Engineer SKUAST- Kashmir while Umar Farooq as I/C Chief Engineer SKIMS, Kashmir. Farooq will take over the charge of the post after the retirement of Mohd Sultan Nazar on February 28, 2017.
