POONCH, June 25: Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, Rahul Yadav today placed three Lecturers under suspension for being absent from duty during `Back to Village’ programme in Surankote area on Monday.
Official sources said that these Govt Lecturers had been deputed in Surankote and Sathra blocks of district Poonch by the Administration but they were found absent from their official duty. Taking serious note of the issue, the Deputy Commissioner Poonch today placed them under suspension.
The officials against whom the action has been taken are- Zulfkar Ali deputed in Surankote Lower Panchayat, Mohd Ishaq deputed in Sanei Panchayat of Surankote and Rajinder Kumar Sharma, deputed in Fatehpur Panchayat of Sathra block.
