3 injured in road accidents

JAMMU, Nov 11: Three persons were today injured in separate road accidents in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, an unknown bike rider today hit a horse cart at Nagbani area of city outskirts. In the mishap, the horse cart puller received minor injuries following which he was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu. Police has taken cognizance of the matter and a man hunt is on to nab the absconding bike rider.
In another case, an unknown vehicle hit a bike rider, Sunil Dutt son of Darshan Lal at Tali Morh in Miran Sahib area and left him seriously injured. One of the passersby shifted the injured person to GMCH for treatment, where his condition is stated to be stable. The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
An accident also took place at Sua No 1 near Doomi between unknown vehicles in which Vikram Jasrotia son of Parshotam Singh Jasrotia of Purkhoo Camp received major injuries. He was immediately shifted to Akhnoor Hospital from where later he was referred to GMCH. The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
