RAMBAN, Dec 16: Three persons were injured in two vehicles collision near Digdol on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, today evening.
As per police sources, a Tavera car bearing registration number JK03B-7400 collided head on with a Maruti Van bearing registration number JK03E-1972 near Digdol, resulting into injuries to three persons.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted them to District Hospital with the help of local volunteers of QRT, from where two injured persons were referred to Government Medical Collage and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for specialized treatment.
The injured persons were identified as Mohammad Saqib (23), son of Abdul Rashed Wani and Manazhar Aslam, son Mohammad Aslam Wani, both residents of Bankoot Banihal District Ramban and Mohammad Shafi Bhat, son of Abdul Sattar Bhat of Srinagar.
A case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Ramban and investigation started.
