RAJOURI, June 7: Three persons sustained serious burn injuries in a gas cylinder blast incident that occurred at Kha No. 3 village in Rajouri district on Sunday.
The officials identified the injured as Vikam Singh (32), son of Balvit Singh; Rakesh Singh (38), son of Paratem Singh and Shanker Singh, son of Kamal Singh, all residents of Kha, Rajouri.
Immediately after the incident, the injured were shifted to Government Medical College (GMC), Hospital Rajouri, where doctors and hospital staff provided emergency medical treatment and necessary care.

Principal GMC Rajouri, Dr Bhatia, along with Deputy Superintendent Dr Javid Iqbal, personally supervised the medical arrangements and ensured that all required facilities were made available to the patients.
Speaking on the condition of the injured, Dr Javid said that all the three patients had sustained nearly 70 percent burn injuries. Considering the severity of their condition and the need for advanced specialized treatment, the patients were referred to GMC Jammu for further treatment.
