RAJOURI, Feb 8: Three persons were injured in two separate accidents in district Rajouri today.
Official sources said that at around 4.45 pm today, an Alto car bearing registration number JK02A/ 5612 met with an accident at Draman on Kotranka-Budhal road. Two women sustained injuires and were shifted to CHC Kotranka. The car driver escaped.
The victims were identified as Shabnam Akhtar (25), wife of Shah Nawaz and Shaheen Akhtar, wife of Akhtar Shah, residents of Targain village in Budhal. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
Meanwhile, a bike rider was injured when two motor-cycles collided at Thannamang in Darhal area today. The victim identified as Mohd Murtaza (37), son of Mohd Iqbal, resident of Bhari Darhal was removed to SDH Darhal. After first-aid, he was referred to GMC Hospital, Rajouri.
