Srinagar, May 13: Police today claimed to have arrested three drug peddlers who were operating as a gang in the city and were active in supplying drugs among the youth.
A police spokesman said police in South city has launched a drive against drug peddlers who carrying their activities clandestinely.
“In this regard police station Shaheed Gunj arrested three notorious drug peddlers Gulzar Ahmad Kashkari, Mudasir Basheer Bhat and Sheikh Imran of Tankipora,” the spokesman said, adding, police is conducting further investigations in the case and the drive to curb this menace will continue.
