KATHUA, Nov 17: Three-day workshop on “ICT Based Learning and Professional Development” at Basohli for the elementary school teachers under Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya National Mission for Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT), concluded today.
There were 11 sessions in this training programme, which was mainly focus on ICT and its Tools, Basics of Computer, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Smart Board and Uses of e-resources in teaching-learning process etc.
The programme was successfully Co-ordinated by Dr Ritu Bakshi, Assistant Professor, Department of Educational Studies, Central University of Jammu.
In this workshop, the resource persons Dr Yashwant Singh, Dr J N Baliya, Dr Manoj Dhiman and Prof Lalit Sen Sharma emphasized on the hands on experience to the participants.
In the valedictory function, Prof R S Patel from University of Gujarat, Ahmedabad, was the chief guest.
Principal Degree college Basohli, Principal JNV, DIET Principal, Basohli, SHO, Tehsildaar also joined the event. Vote of thanks was presented by Dr Ritu Bakshi and Ravi Vanguri. Chairman Ramisht College of Education, Rajinder Sharma provided resources for the workshop.
