3-day Dogra Festival concludes

JAMMU, Oct 27: The 3-day long Dogra Festival, organized by Duggar Vikas Manch to mark the birth anniversary of Maharaja Gulab Singh and Infantry Day in memory of Dogra hero Brig Rajinder Singh, concluded here today at Heritage Mubarak Mandi Complex.
On the valedictory function, Chairman Legislative Council Amrit Malhotra was the chief guest.
A colourful cultural bonanza was presented on the occasion in which local artists through their performances enthralled the audience.
Appreciating the efforts of organizers, the MLC appreciated the artists who participated in the cultural items. He lauded the Duggar Vikas Manch for organizing such programme which give platform to artists exhibit their talent enabling them compete at national and international level.
Among others, former Minister Gulchain Singh Charak, Director Tourism Soujanya Sharma, Chairman Bharti Kala Sangam T. R. Sharma, Director Bharti Kala Sangam Romesh Singh Chib, prominent citizens and a large number of people attended the function.
