3 arrested for trespassing in house, assaulting owner

JAMMU, Aug 7: Three persons have been arrested for trespassing into a house and assaulting the owner.
As per police sources, three persons identified as Ankur Vaid, son of Krishan Vaid of Udhampur, at present Udheywala Jammu, Jasvir Singh, son of Himmat Singh of Janipur Colony and Vinay Kumar, son of Des Raj of Talab Tillo forcefully entered into the house of Santosh Zutshi, wife of BL Zuthshi, a resident of Sector 2 Durga Nagar with the intention to grab the house. They also assaulted the owner lady, who was residing in the house from the past over two decades.
After getting information, a team from Chinore Police Post led by SI Ranjeet Singh under the supervision of SHO Domana Inspector Rajeshwar Singh, SDPO Domana Sandeep Gupta and SP Rural Dushyant Sharma rushed to the spot and arrested all the three persons.
A case under FIR Number 279/18 under Section 452, 323 and 34 RPC has been registered at Domana Police Station and investigation started.
Meanwhile, All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) condemned the incident and demanded immediate security to the family. ASKPC also urged the Governor to intervene into the matter.
