JAMMU, Feb 3: Government has ordered transfer and postings of 32 officers including 29 KAS with immediate effect.
According to the order, Pradeep Kumar, Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Commission has been transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, J&K, relieving Owais Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer, JAKEDA of the additional charge of the post, while Gazanffer Ali, Special Secretary, School Education Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation and Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, Special Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Cable Car Corporation, relieving Shamim Ahmad Wani of the additional charge of the post.
Shabnam Kamili, Mission Director, ICDS, J&K was transferred and posted as Mission Director, ICPS, J&K, relieving Mir Tariq Ali, Director General, Women Child Development, J&K of the charge of the post, while Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department was posted as Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department and Nitu Gupta, Controller, Legal Metrology, J&K was transferred and posted as Mission Director, ICDS, J&K.
Dr Firdous Ahmad Giri, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination, while Abdul Hafiz Shah, Secretary, J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Anantnag and Khurshid Ahmad Sanai, Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Baramulla-Kupwara.
Ram Savak, Additional Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment was transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Jammu, while Raj Kumar Katoch, Director, Horticulture, Jammu was transferred and posted as Director, Tourism, Jammu, relieving Deepika Kumari Sharma, Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, Jammu of the additional charge of the post and Babu Ram, Additional Secretary, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Agriculture Production Department.
Pankaj Raj Katoch, Additional Secretary, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, Mission Dairy Development, while Puneet Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (Samba) has been transferred and posted as Director, Land Management, Jammu Development Authority and Sanjay Gupta, Director, Land Management, Jammu Development Authority has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (Samba).
Dr Fayaz Ahmad Banday, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Director, Land Management, Srinagar Development Authority and will also hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Srinagar Development Authority, till further orders, while Mohammad Anwar Banday, Additional Secretary in the Union Territory of Ladakh has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Rural Development, Jammu, against an available vacancy and Peerzada Zahoor Ahmad, Additional Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department has been transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Anantnag, relieving Nazir Ahmad Khwaja, Additional District Development Commissioner, Anantnag of the additional charge of the post.
Akhtar Hussain Qazi, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Doda has been transferred and posted as Collector, Land Acquisition, Defence, Udhampur against an available vacancy, while Narayan Dutt, Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kathua and Sukh Paul Singh, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kathua has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Sammer Naik, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khansahib has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Tourism, Kashmir, while Nissar Ahmad Malik, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Anantnag and Mohammad Aslam, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Anantnag has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Estates, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Sohan Lal, Project Manager, IWMP, Kathua has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Jammu, while Syed Ahmad Kataria, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Zainpora has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khansahib and will also hold the additional charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Khansahib, till further orders and Sandeep Seointra, Deputy Secretary, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Additional CEO, Smart City, Jammu, relieving Ghan Shyam Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
Rajeev Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Horticulture Department has been transferred and posted as Revenue Attorney with Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, against an available vacancy, while Abdul Baseer Ahmad, Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal and Syed Altaf Hussain Musvi, Collector, Land Acquisition, Public Works (R&B) Department, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Zainapora and will also hold the additional charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Zainapora, till further orders.
Meanwhile, in the interest of administration, Tsering Paldan, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Leh and Tsering Mutup, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaltsi are transferred and their services are placed at the disposal of Union Territory of Ladakh for further posting against a Selection Grade KAS posts on stop-gap basis.
