POONCH, Feb 19: While not even single passenger from J&K reported at cross LoC point in Poonch today, all the 27 passengers on the either side were from PoK.
Official sources said despite heavy firing from Pakistani side and retaliation by the Indian troops, the weekly bus service between Poonch and Rawlakote operated today. 11 PoK residents returned to their homes after staying with their relatives residing on this side of the LoC whereas, 16 news guests arrived here today in the bus from PoK side.
There was no passenger from this side of the J&K and even no one came here from that side. The number of Indian travellers has reduced to almost zero as their files are not being cleared by the Pak authorities on various lame pretexts, an official from Poonch said.
