BHADERWAH, Sept 6: A group of 2500 pilgrims left for the shrine of Mani Mahesh in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh from Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Bhaderwah.
The pilgrims will stay for night at village Bheja enroute to Mani Mahesh and then proceed towards the shrine.
The pilgrims were seen off by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Bhaderwah, Mohammad Anwar Banday, ASP Bhaderwah, Amit Bhasin, SDPO, Sajad Ahmed Khan and Naib Tehsildar Bhaderwah. They also wished the Yatris a safe and prosperous pilgrimage.
For the smooth conduct of Yatra elaborate arrangements of security, drinking water, medicare facilities etc have also been made by the administration.
